These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Optima Cleaning Services. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Services
We provide professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Specific services, prices, and requirements will be confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings can be made by phone, email, or online. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the service fee. If our team cannot access your property at the agreed time due to customer error, the full service fee may be charged.
3. Payments
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur late payment charges.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that our team has safe and clear access to the property. Electricity and water should be available for use during cleaning. Valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings should be secured before the service begins. Customers should also inform us in advance of any special cleaning requirements, hazards, or health and safety concerns.
5. Our Responsibilities
We aim to provide services with reasonable skill, care, and attention. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours, and we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue. We carry public liability insurance for accidents caused by our staff, but we are not responsible for damage to items that were already faulty, worn, or not secured properly.
6. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside our control, such as power cuts, severe weather, or emergencies. We are not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions or items not disclosed to us in advance.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website or by request.
