How soon can you book us in?
Often within 48 hours, and sometimes the next day. Moving dates change at short notice, so ring us as soon as you have one — even provisional — and we'll hold a slot.
Do you clean empty properties?
Yes — most move-in/move-out cleans happen once the property is empty of furniture, which lets us clean everywhere properly.
Can you help secure my deposit back?
A thorough move-out clean is one of the most common reasons deposits get held up. We clean to a standard that satisfies most landlords and letting agents.
Do I need to be there?
No. We can collect a key from a family member, neighbour, key safe or the agent — just let us know what suits.
